About the software development programme
Our programme is part-time, vocational and practical. We teach functional programming with React, Jest, Postgres, Node, and Express. We press hard on agile, teamwork, conflict management, and self-study. We drill with Codewars problems and Codility tech tests for discipline and fluency and encourage self-directed passion projects for creativity and innovation.

If you or your company is not hiring at the moment, there are other ways you can help reduce social inequality and improve your internal company culture.
CodeYourFuture's help over the past 6 years has been pivotal in the development of our Internal Products engineering team. All CYF hires have not only hit the ground running upon joining but had accelerated development, high levels of engagement and 100% retention. It's by far the best success rate we've had for Internal Products with any early career talent partner, and we definitely wouldn't be the team we are today if it weren't for CYF..
Working with CYF to create the CYF+ program has been an absolute joy. The volunteers, all industry experts, have embraced collaboration and innovation, resulting in a truly remarkable program. The apprentices receive extensive hands-on, real-world experience, enabling them to hit the ground running. Last year's apprentices are thriving and fully contributing to their teams. With the arrival of the next cohort of apprentices this month, I am excited to see their progress and success.
